Our Main Office is located in Suite FH at the Cubberley Community Center on Middlefield Road (between E. Charleston Road and San Antonio Road) in Palo Alto. We are on the West side of the campus, closest to the Piazza’s Shopping Center.

Driving Directions
To get to ACS's Main Office from 101:

1. Exit 101 at San Antonio Road.
2. Proceed west on San Antonio Road towards El Camino Real. Turn right (west) on E. Charleston Road.
3. Turn left on Middlefield Road.
4. Turn right into the first driveway after the Piazza’s Shopping Center at Cubberley Community Center, 4000 Middlefield Road. Suite FH is at the west end of the Community Center.

To get to ACS's Main Office from 280:

1. Exit 280 at Page Mill Road.
2. Proceed east on Page Mill Road towards Palo Alto.
3. Pass El Camino Real and continue to Middlefield Road.
4. Turn right (east) on Middlefield Road.
5. Turn right into the first driveway after the Piazza’s Shopping Center at Cubberley Community Center, 4000 Middlefield Road. Suite FH is at the west end of the Community Center.

Our Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment Program is located in Suite J at 445 Sherman Avenue in Palo Alto, two doors down from the Olive Garden (on the corner of El Camino Real and Sherman Ave.). It is near the intersection of El Camino Real and Oregon Expressway/Page Mill Road.

Driving Directions
To get to the Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment Program from 101:

1. Exit 101 at Oregon Expressway.
2. Proceed west, to just past Central Expressway/Alma St. Immediately following the underpass you will see a sign which mentions the California Ave. Shopping District on the right.
3. Take the exit and keep going straight on that road until the second stop sign.
4. Make a left at the second stop sign onto Sherman Avenue.
5. Go down 2 blocks to the next stop sign (Note: Cross traffic does not stop!).
6. After the stop sign, about a half block down on the left is our office. On the right, there is a free 2-hour parking lot.

To get to the Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment Program from 280:

1. Exit 280 at Page Mill Road heading away from the mountains and towards Palo Alto.
2. Turn Left (north) on El Camino Real.
3. Immediately after you pass the Olive Garden, turn right onto Sherman Avenue.
4. On the left, there is a free 2-hour parking lot. 445 Sherman is two doors down on the right.
